The workshop consists of two parts:
Wild-Wander and RE-Searching Routine.

They are both training frameworks that Henry has focused on practicing and refining in recent years.

 

"Chaos" 🏔 Wild-Wander

⛰Participants will be given a starting point and a destination

🏔Groups will be formed, and participants will take turns leading and following while supporting and challenging one another

🏔By abandoning language and overcoming physical and mental limitations, participants will try to liberate their inner beasts

 

“Training” ⛺️“RE-Searching Routine

⛺️This framework is designed to integrate individual and group training goals

⛺️Both individual and group goals can be divided into two categories: physical conditions and mind-body relationships

⛺️Participants will be divided into two groups and remain in the same group throughout the workshop in order for the participants to continue to develop and deepen their understanding of "Ensemble"

⛺️Observation is crucial for consolidating one's own experience. During the exploration process, each group must observe and document the other group's behavior and performance in the routine

⛺️The status of each routine training will vary from group to group, it will change according to the contribution of each participant and the relationship among group members


Personal training 👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏽
👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏽To make sure that each participant has established a clear research and training direction for themselves, a personal training session will be held prior to the training.

👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏽The personal training class hosted by Henry is to be attended by two participants, where they would alternately observe and compare with one another.
